This weekend Ernesto and I had dinner at a nice restaurant in Paddington with a special name for us: Love Supreme. Delicious!

record weekend!

Up to 1000 saxophone players turned up at Darling Harbour today (last Saturday)  to create the world’s biggest ever saxophone ensemble.

‘Saxophony’ brought together sax players of all ages to break the existing record which stood at 918 people.

WHAT A FANTASTIC EFFORT!

The Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority would like to thank saxophonists from all over Sydney and the state for banding together and showing the world what a vibrant musical community we are!

More than 940 people registered online in the weeks leading up to the attempt and more than 50 registered on site.  The final figure and confirmation of the record-breaking attempt is likely to be verified by Guinness World Records within the next couple of weeks.

Hasta 1000 saxofonistas se presentaron en Darling Harbour hoy (el sábado) para crear el conjunto de saxofones más grande del mundo.'Saxophony' reunió saxofonistas de todas las edades para romper el récord existente, que se situó en 918 personas.

¡QUE FANTÁSTICO ESFUERZO !

La Autoridad Portuaria de Sydney  quiere dar las gracias a los saxofonistas de todo Sydney y el haberse unido y ¡mostrar al mundo la vibrante comunidad musical que somos!Más de 940 personas registradas en línea en las semanas previas al intento y más de 50 registrados en el sitio. La cifra final y la confirmación del intento de récord es probable que sea verificada por el Guinness World Records en los próximos 15 días.

Ernesto and I got to know about the animals that live in Sydney.Some are really curious!But without doubt, the ones I liked the most were the KOALAS! :)
